Little Green Hands
Tomorrow's leaders need to be equipped for tomorrow's challenges. Little Green Hands is our annual programme giving children a platform to understand Ghana's environmental issues β and to find the remedies.
The Idea
Values planted early grow deepest
Preparing children for the future they'll inherit calls for a new approach to inculcating environmental values. Evidence suggests programmes that shape children's conduct toward the environment succeed more than those targeting adults.
In that spirit, Conservation Alliance rolled out its Environmental Education Program (EEP) to bring Ghana's environmental issues to young minds. Each annual topic carries a theme designed to shape attitudes and build a lasting urge for environmental protection.
