Training only counts if people can act on it. So each beneficiary went home with a startup kit β the tools and inputs to launch their new livelihood right away.
From training room to home enterprise
Beneficiaries were provided with startup kits to help them establish their livelihoods β then conveyed those kits to their respective communities.
Each kit was matched to a trade β soap making, beekeeping or the economic tree nursery β so a beneficiary could put the six days of training straight to work at home, without waiting on tools they couldn't afford.
