Six West African countries

Conservation Alliance currently works in 6 West African countries, with cocoa programs dotted across all of them. CA works through its affiliate farmer group, the Conservation Cocoa Association — the vehicle for changing farmers' attitudes towards cocoa production, ensuring farmers are recognized in the cocoa value chain through education, capacity-building programs and access to markets.

How We're Organised

Close to the communities we serve

1

Country office

In each country where CA is present there is a country office, managed by a Country Manager who may oversee several field offices.

2

Field offices

Field offices are usually located in the communities where the farmers are, allowing easy access to facilities and technical information from the field.

3

Farmers & field officers

Each field office is managed by a Project Coordinator and field officers, working directly with the farmers they support.
