Alternative Livelihood Training for CREMA Beneficiaries

A six-day training on the livelihoods was organized by CA, and the other CBOs together with MLNR at Juaboso and Enchi from November 25 – December 2, 2020, for the CREMA beneficiaries. The theme for the training was “Empowering CREMA Groups through Alternative Livelihood Support.”

A Participatory Based Approach using Training of Trainers (ToT) was utilized during the training session. This approach encouraged farmers to share thorough ideas and experiences that helped in the learning process. The training session was in two (2) folds; lecture session and demonstration session. The lecture session comprised of terminologies and definitions associated with particular livelihood, followed by demonstrations which were done in smaller groups.
