CA collaborates with the industry and other partners to promote sound environmental practices within the oil and gas sector. For the coming years CA will continue to monitor environmental impact of the oil and gas exploration, enhance community knowledge and awareness about the project and call for sound policies to protect the livelihoods of communities and biodiversity status of marine and terrestrial ecosystems.

CA also assists the industry and local communities to work together in the development of sound initiatives which enhances the livelihoods of these communities.
